Li Hing.... again.....

A friend from the island sent me a package of Li Hing Powder and I'm curious about different ways to use it. This particular site http://tastyislandhawaii.com/blog/2010/01/18/li-hing-everything/ had lots of good suggestions, and a GREAT post about experimenting with it. I think I want to try it on popcorn next.....
