Those cutter gizmos always look easier on the demo than trying it at home, lol. This was helpful to see another way as, of course, I've been doing it differently! Peeling first than trying to cut the flesh and it's all slippery and messy. Good post, thanks!
As i was watching him make his cuts, I was thinking hmmmm, don't cut too close to the skin, or you'd cut through, but close enough to be able to scrap. I think the trick is select a ripe one... I don't ever do that. And true, was thinking that the nifty cutter gizmo likely isn't as easy as he shows LOL!
